Filing assistance only

Florida Express Filing provides administrative filing assistance for Florida limited liability company formation and related launch steps. Florida Express Filing is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, or investment advice.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and authorized information. This includes LLC name preferences, business addresses, registered agent authorization, authorized person information, and any required follow-up details.

Public records

Information submitted in Florida LLC filings may become part of public records. Customers should not provide information they are not comfortable submitting to the state unless it is legally required and appropriate for the filing.

State processing

Florida Express Filing may help prepare, submit, and track filings, but approval timing and state processing are controlled by the applicable government agency. Approval dates, processing speed, and agency decisions are not guaranteed.

EIN assistance

EIN assistance is handled after LLC approval and requires accurate responsible-party information, a valid SSN or ITIN for the responsible party, a U.S. principal business address, and signed authorization when Florida Express Filing acts as a third-party designee. Sensitive EIN details should not be submitted through public website forms or regular email unless a secure follow-up process has been provided.

Package scope

Package pricing includes the required Florida LLC state filing fee listed on the homepage. Optional future filings, amendments, annual reports, corrections, special documents, government penalties, third-party charges, or services outside the selected package may require additional fees.

No guarantee of name availability

A desired LLC name may not be available or may require adjustment before filing. Customers should provide a backup name when possible.
