Refunds

Refund Policy

This policy is designed to be simple: requests can usually be cancelled before filing work is submitted, but state and third-party fees may become non-refundable once incurred.

Before filing begins

If a customer requests cancellation before filing preparation, submission, or third-party costs begin, Florida Express Filing may issue a refund of amounts not yet earned or incurred.

After work begins

Once intake review, filing preparation, submission, EIN assistance, document requests, or related service work has started, service fees may be partially or fully non-refundable based on the work completed.

State and third-party fees

Government filing fees, state charges, payment processor fees, registered agent fees, certified document charges, annual report fees, amendment fees, corrections, and other third-party costs may be non-refundable once paid or incurred.

Rejected or delayed filings

State processing delays, agency review, name conflicts, customer-provided errors, missing information, or rejected filings do not automatically create a refund right. Florida Express Filing will help identify the next reasonable correction step when possible.

How to request help

Refund or cancellation questions can be sent to help@floridaexpressfiling.com. Include the customer name, package selected, and a short explanation of the request.
