Information collected
Florida Express Filing may collect information submitted through intake and contact forms, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, LLC name preferences, business addresses, registered agent details, authorized person information, package selections, and customer notes.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to questions, review intake details, prepare filing workflows, provide customer support, send status updates, and complete services requested by the customer.
Sensitive information
Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, ITINs, full tax ID details, bank information, or EIN responsible-party information through public forms, normal email, website contact forms, Netlify submissions, spreadsheets, or campaign tools. Those details should only be handled through an appropriate secure follow-up process after the LLC is approved and EIN assistance is ready to begin.
Service providers
Website forms, email notifications, spreadsheets, payment processors, and automation tools may be used to operate the business. Information may be processed by those providers as needed to run the service.
Public filing records
Information submitted to the State of Florida for LLC formation may become public record. Florida Express Filing cannot control how government agencies publish or maintain public filing information.
Retention
Customer information may be retained as needed for support, business records, compliance, and service history unless deletion is requested and retention is not otherwise necessary.
